Individual lessons on a course can, if either or both of you are unable to attend, be replaced by a lesson on another course at the same level, subject to availability. To do this, you must cancel the lesson online in our booking system no later than 6 hours before the lesson starts.
If there is no availability at the same level, try a lower level. It is a great way to get some extra repetition and build confidence.
Both you and your partner must cancel your places in the booking system. If you are attending a course without a fixed partner, this naturally only applies to you.
How to cancel your lesson and book a make-up lesson:
Log in to your profile via login on the M2tango website
Scroll down and find the lesson you wish to cancel under My Reservations. Here you will also find all the lessons you are registered for
Click Cancel. You can now see the lesson available for Reserve
Go to Book Activity
Find the course where you would like to take your make-up lesson. You can narrow down your search by selecting a category under All Course Types
Click Reserve and confirm. Your new lesson will appear under My Reservations
If you are attending a course with a fixed partner, it is important that both you and your partner cancel the lesson; otherwise, you will continue to occupy a place that could be used by someone else.
If you experience any problems booking your make-up lesson, you are always welcome to contact us.
Lessons must be used within the same season in which they were purchased. For Beginner courses, punch cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The validity period cannot be extended. Seasonal courses do not accept guests if they are fully booked. If you cannot find a make-up lesson at the same level, consider using it at a lower level. It is great practice.
Workshops with international teachers and The Little Festival can be transferred to another workshop during the same weekend, or the amount can be credited to your account in the booking system.
Private lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
No make-up lessons or refunds will be provided if the deadline for rescheduling or cancellation is exceeded.
Course: If your partner is unable to attend a lesson, you may invite a substitute partner of your choice to take the lesson with you. In this case, your partner should NOT cancel their lesson, as the substitute partner will be using their place. We recommend that the substitute partner has a sufficient level of experience.
In the event that M2tango cancels:
– If a course that you have registered and paid for is cancelled completely, the amount will either be refunded or credited to your account in the booking system. This only applies if the course is cancelled entirely and not if it is merged with another course.
– If an individual lesson in a course or a workshop series is cancelled, a new time will be arranged for the lesson within the same season or immediately after it.
– If a workshop is cancelled, the amount will either be refunded to you or, by agreement, credited to your account in the booking system.
