registration and conditions
The first time you use our booking system
1: Create a profile for yourself.
2: Find your desired team and press Sign Up Now. Sign up for the desired team as a leader or follower and if it is a team with a partner, write your partner’s name in the registration note. Approve by using the “Book” button
3: If the team is with a partner, your partner must now be registered. Your partner can log in and register for the team themselves.
4: Select which “Type of Purchase” you want to make. On the next page, press “Check out”, after which you will be directed to payment.
5: On the payment section, you must enter your card payment information. Finally, you approve the purchase and payment from your payment card by “Place Order”
6: Your payment will appear in your bank account no later than 2-3 days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation of registration via your entered email as well as a receipt for the purchase.
7: As some teams sell out quickly, it is important that you both register at the same time. We cannot guarantee a spot if only one party has registered.
NOTE: Writing your partner’s name in the registration note is not enough for your partner to also be registered for the team! You must both have a profile and both register.
cancellations and replacement lessons
Individual lessons in a group can, if both are unable to attend, be replaced with a lesson in a group at the same level, if there is space. To do this, you must cancel the lesson online in our booking system no later than 6 hours before it is held. Both you and your partner must cancel in the booking system.
How to cancel your lesson:
You log in to your profile via the website and our booking system, find “My info” and then “My schedule”. There you can see all the dates you are registered for. Now find the date you cannot attend and select “early cancel”. Both you and your partner must cancel the lesson.
How to book a replacement lesson

Find a class at the same level as the one you are attending. Then click on “Sign Up Now”. On the next page, select the date you want to take your replacement lesson.
Write the name of your partner in the comments field and select the role you are dancing. Finally, click “Book”.
If you experience problems booking your replacement lesson, you are always welcome to contact us.
Unused lessons must be used within the same season as they were purchased.
The validity cannot be extended. Seasonal classes do not accept guests if they are full – and never the last 2 weeks of the season. If you cannot find a replacement lesson, your lessons can be exchanged for guided practica or milonga tickets 1:1.
Workshops with foreign teachers and Den Lille Festival can be rebooked to another workshop in that weekend or your money can be refunded to your account in the booking system.
Private lessons can be rebooked up to 24 hours before they are held.
No replacement lessons will be provided and no refund of the amount paid will be given if you exceed the deadline for rebooking or cancellation.
Classes: If your partner cannot attend a lesson, you can invite a substitute of your choice to take the lesson with you. In this case, your partner should NOT cancel their lesson, as the substitute will need it. It is advisable that the substitute has a sufficient level.
In the event that M2tango cancels:
– A class that you have registered for and paid for will be refunded or returned to your account in the booking system. This only applies if the class is cancelled completely and not if it is combined.
– A lesson in a class or in a series of workshops, then a new time for the lesson will be found within or immediately after the same season.
– A workshop will be returned to you or, by agreement, returned to your account in the booking system.
Terms of purchase
Registration is binding
To register, you must have a profile in our booking system.
You will be able to see your payment after 2-3 banking days in your bank account. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your registration and a receipt for your purchase.
Discounts
Students at SU receive a 25% discount on class hours when registering for an entire season.
When you register for 2 classes in the same season, you receive a 25% discount on one class. If you register for 3 classes in the same season, you receive a 50% discount on the 3rd class.
Members of the TangoSpirer association (a tango community for young people between 18-30 years old) receive a 50% discount on class hours when registering for an entire season.
Participants in our beginner classes have free access to Guided Practica. Please contact the bar for free entry.
Bridge discount: If you cross a toll bridge to get to the milonga or Guided Practica, you get a discount on the entrance fee.
Validity
Individual lessons: 1 hour valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, 5 individual lessons: 9 months from the date of purchase, 10 hours: 13 months from the date of purchase.
The Danish Consumer Contracts Act has a right of withdrawal of fourteen days for goods purchased online, which does not apply to courses and other events when a time for the performance has been set, cf. FATL §9, subsection 1, no. 2 and FATL §9, subsection 1, no. 2, letter a.
M2tango reserves the right to:
– combine classes of approximately the same level with 5 pairs or less, so that the maximum class size is 13 pairs.
– assign substitute teachers due to illness, travel, exams, etc.
– move a class session due to illness or other compelling reasons (e.g. hurricane warning or pandemics)
– teach in Danish and/or English as best suits the teachers and students
– put you on a waiting list in the event that you register and your partner does not register, and the class is overbooked by half a couple.
Should M2tango cancel a single workshop due to illness or other circumstances, and there is no replacement class available (teacher, level, date), the payment for the specific workshop will be transferred to your booking account for later use.
M2tango will store your data securely and will not misuse it for marketing, sell it or make it available to third parties.
