We would like to create a space for the performer within us.
Ronda de Estudiantes is a class which ends up with an improvised show by the students.
In this course we will study a specific number of songs/orchestras, methods of interpretation, figures and combinations of steps. We will also practice stage presence, mental preparation and other skills that can prepare you to perform a small show.
The course spans over two semesters and the students are expected to attend both. At the end of June the class will perform an improvised show, with all the couples on the dance floor at the same time.
The class is coordinated by Martin, with internal and external teacher couples visiting. The students of the class are invited to co-create the frames for the class and the show.
