Bryndís is from Island and has her dance background in classical ballet and modern dance. She has worked as a professional tangoteacher and dancer since the year of 2000.
She gives reglular classes in Reykjavik and has been traveling to other countries as guest teacher, frequently in Denmark since 2008.
Bryndís is also a tango DJ. Her aim as a teacher is to open to her students more possibilities by working on technic, basis and balance and to add some aestetic into the dance. She gives each student a personal feedback and positiveness is her motto.
Bryndís conciders herself a classical tango dancer, but is open to new movements and development in her dancing and teaching. Her tango motion is fluency, softness, musicality and good feeling.
